Responsibilities:

Define PI hiring needs

Develop descriptions and expectations for relevant positions

Design and implement a community engagement plan

Work with volunteers and staff to actively recruit for new staff positions
Qualifications:

Assist PI in meeting employment needs
-
Help connect employment-seeking community members to positions for which they are appropriately skilled

Facilitate progress toward PI's organizational strategic goals
-
Knowledgeable regarding state and federal employment laws
-
Knowledgeable regarding skills needed to fill gaps in capacity
-
Understanding of typical staffing needs for nonprofits
-
Good networking and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with and willingness to enact effective recruitment strategies
